About Neal Carlino

Highly skilled in negotiation, vendor management, and the creation of requests for proposals, information technology (IT) professional Neal Carlino possesses extensive knowledge of and experience in data migration, archiving, system evaluations, and team management. He is noted for his work on and execution of, among other things, virtualization, consolidation, and application remediation projects. Additionally, Neal Carlino understands and has implemented strategies that follow high availability, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery methodologies. Over the course of his 20-year career, he has utilized his experience and skill on projects for improved IT performance and support.

Neal Carlino studied Mechanical Engineering at The Cooper Union School of Engineering. He began his career as a LAN Technician for American Airlines before advancing to Network Administrator at the corporate headquarters for Waldbaum’s. Gaining further management experience, Neal Carlino began to oversee teams of engineers in the mid-1990s that provided support services to a diverse set of clients in the finance sector. Starting in 1998, he commenced operation as a Server Engineer for Bankers Trust, where he designed all prominent new applications for authentication domains and ensured compliance by subsequent developers with security and standards protocols as the organization merged with Deutsche Bank AG. Neal Carlino also functioned as a primary contributor to the Windows desktop global rollout strategy, a plan that encompassed migrating to an improved directory model in addition to an operating and a telecommunications structure, during this period. He successfully developed and deployed solutions for all locations in North and South America. Additionally, he facilitated beta testing and approval of hardware for disk arrays, fiber solutions, and servers. Mr. Carlino now operates as an IT Consultant for NetSync Systems, Inc.
